These quotes are taken from C.H. Spurgeon's message, "Faith and Repentance", preached July 13, 1862. I was listening to this message this morning and these 2 quotes I thought were worth quoting.
"The repentance that sinks a man low as hell is of no use except there is the faith that also lifts him high as heaven."
"Jesus saves you, not by what you feel, but by that finished work, that blood and righteousness, which God accepted on your behalf."
